As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways and doors were wide enough to accommodate mobility aids like walkers or wheelchairs. It made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

I would have preferred if the children working there had a better understanding of English. It would have made communication easier and smoother for us senior travelers.

Location: the hotel was close enough to many shops and restaurants and the centre of Bergamo, close to the pedestrian precinct with lots of shops and restaurants and airport. It was close to Take sushi, where you can have dinner.

The apartment had a jaw-dropping "soul" with impressive Italian decorations. All facilities, like wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, were available. And the breakfast experience in a nearby bar was truly authentic. Highly recommended!
